This is an innovative procedure that increases the chances of pregnancy in women with repeated implantation failures. It is a relatively simple procedure. Venous blood is drawn from the arm during the egg collection procedure. Some special cells (mononuclear cells) are isolated and cultured in the laboratory, enriched with CRH (Corticotropin Releasing Hormone) and then transferred into the uterine cavity on day 2. Embryo transfer takes place on the 5th day, at the blastocyst stage.PBMC’s (Preparation of the endometrium by the intra-uterine administration of autologous mononuclear cells.)
